Detect Faults Before They Happen.
Monitor your critical equipment in real time, notice abnormal behaviour early and act before unplanned downtime occurs. Pyrosense monitors equipment data in industrial plants so that maintenance teams can step in at the right moment.
Predictive Maintenance System
The parts of the system do not work separately. Predictive maintenance becomes possible when the hardware that reads the data on site, the communication that carries it to the centre, and the software that turns it into a decision all work together.
Let's talk about your systemHow We Deploy It
We build the predictive maintenance system around the machines on your site. From the first survey to configuring the software, you see each step with us.
Survey and Needs Analysis
We work out together which machines you want to monitor, where their data can be read from, and what your maintenance process expects.
Hardware Selection and Installation
We install our data reader and communication hardware at the right points on site and make sure it fits your existing setup.
Commissioning and Calibration
We verify the incoming site data, calibrate the measurement points, and check with you that the system is working on correct data.
Monitoring and Support
Once the system is live we follow the data flow and the alerts, and work with you on anything that comes up.
Why Pyrosense
What the system gives your operation back.
Early Anomaly Detection
Data collected from your equipment is analysed so that changes in normal behaviour and anomalies are caught before a failure happens.
Planned Maintenance Intervention
Alerts let your maintenance team act in a scheduled maintenance window instead of reacting at the moment of failure.
Real-Time Monitoring
The operating state of critical equipment, sensor values and events are monitored continuously.
Data In One Place
Data coming from different machines, equipment and sensors is collected into a single structure.
Alerts and History Tracking
Alert management and historical data make it easier to follow operations and analyse what happened.
Digital Maintenance Management
Machine health and maintenance processes across the plant are managed digitally.
About us
The story of Pyrosense began with a real need encountered in the industrial field. The field experience gained in burner maintenance and service processes led to the idea of remotely monitoring the operating states of critical equipment and detecting possible faults in advance. This idea was developed by bringing together technical knowledge and experience from different disciplines. We started to build an infrastructure that brings together hardware, embedded systems, software, data collection, server infrastructures and Internet of Things technologies; an infrastructure that continuously collects data from industrial equipment and makes sense of that data.
Founded with the support of the TÜBİTAK BiGG investment, Pyrosense continues its R&D studies by developing these technologies today. Although our first focus is burners, our vision is broader: to develop technologies that can understand the operating behaviour of industrial equipment, make possible problems visible at an early stage, and help businesses reduce their unplanned downtime. Because the right time for maintenance is not after a failure has occurred, but the moment its first signs begin to appear.

Frequently asked questions
Questions that come up most often about how Pyrosense works, which equipment it can be used with, and how it integrates into maintenance processes.
Which equipment can Pyrosense be used with?
Pyrosense can be used with industrial equipment whose operating state, current, pressure, temperature, vibration or similar values can be measured. The solution is configured according to the equipment being monitored and the signals already available.
How does Pyrosense connect to my existing machines?
The signals already available on the equipment and the sensors that are needed are collected through suitable data reader hardware. The data is transferred to the Pyrosense platform over IoT communication and monitored centrally.
How are predictive maintenance alerts generated?
The system follows the operating data of the equipment over time and can raise early alerts by evaluating deviations from normal behaviour, the defined thresholds and the relevant operating conditions together.
Is Pyrosense only for burners?
No. Burners are one of Pyrosense's first areas of focus. The platform is designed to collect data from different industrial equipment and to build equipment-specific machine health and predictive maintenance models.
